Australian Fire Protection Resources is an established fire system design service with over 50 years of experience helping clients complete their fire service projects from concept to completion.

what was required

The Director of Australian Fire Protection Resources, Carl Rickard, approached Jacob to discuss redesigning their old, tired website with a view to showcasing their range of services and some previous projects.

The previous website had a very minimalist aesthetic with mostly text and no images of projects to visually describe the type of work that AFPR typically offers.

It was also not responsively designed, leading to a poor experience on mobile devices.

The new website now provides an overview of their services (using appropriate imagery), some previous projects and profile information.

We’ve used a Content Management System (WordPress), meaning that staff can update the content at any time if they wish.

The website also uses Responsive Design techniques, meaning that it works well on mobile devices such as mobile phones and tablets, as well as a desktop computer.
